You sell strategy, brand, design, paid media. Your client wants an app. You either turn the work away or hand it to a freelancer who ghosts mid-build. We are the third option. You stay the agency of record. We ship the code. Your client never sees a Flutter repo or hears a Dart conversation. The build is yours to brand, mark up, and own the relationship on. We have shipped under nine other agencies' brands in the last three years. Standard mutual NDA before the first call.
Your client never gets an email from us. Never sees our domain. Never asks "who built this?" — because the answer is you. We sign mutual NDAs that explicitly cover non-disclosure of the partnership.
$7,997 Starter / $14,997 Launch / $29,997 Growth. You quote your client whatever margin you want — 30%, 50%, 100%. We never quote your client. We never invoice your client. You bill them. We bill you.
Flutter MVP in 6 weeks. Backend + admin adds 1-2 weeks. Your account manager can quote your client a deadline that we will hit — because we have hit it 150+ times.
We do not pitch your clients. We do not list them on our portfolio. We do not show their logos. If you bring us in on Acme, we will not pursue Acme directly or accept inbound from Acme without your written sign-off.
Every white-label build ships with README, API docs, deployment runbook, and Loom walkthroughs. Your client (or their future in-house engineer) can take over without us in the room. The code does not live in our Git org — it lives in yours.
You do not have to be on weekly status calls. We ship written updates twice a week. One kickoff call, one mid-build sync, one launch call. If we hit a blocker, you hear within 24 hours — not 6 days later.
Five steps from your client's app idea to a shipped product they think you built.
Send a one-pager: client name (covered by NDA), what they want built, budget you have to work with. We respond same business day.
$1,997 paid by you (mark up to your client if you want). 90-minute call — your team only, we never join your client call. Output: Figma prototype + fixed-bid SOW.
Take our SOW. Add your margin. Wrap it in your agency proposal. Sign it under your contract. We are not part of that paper trail.
You give us access to your client's GitHub org (or yours). Code goes there. Commits use your email naming convention. Twice-weekly written updates land in your Slack.
Launch on App Store and Play Store under your client's developer accounts. You demo the build. Documentation + Loom walkthroughs delivered to you for the handoff.
Optional retainer $1,997-$7,997/month for ongoing build-out, OS updates, bug fixes. You bill your client. We bill you. Same partnership structure.
Real numbers from agency partners we work with today. Their billable rates, our fixed-bid costs, the margin they actually keep.
| Your Quote to Client | Our Fixed-Bid Cost | Your Margin | Typical Use Case |
|---|---|---|---|
| $15,000 | $7,997 (Starter) | $7,003 (47%) | Simple mobile app, no backend |
| $28,000 | $14,997 (Launch) | $13,003 (46%) | Mobile app + backend + Stripe |
| $55,000 | $29,997 (Growth) | $25,003 (45%) | App + admin + real-time features |
| $110,000+ | $59,997+ (Scale) | $50,003+ (45%+) | Marketplace, two-sided platform |
Margin ranges 40-60% depending on what you wrap (strategy, brand, post-launch marketing) around the build. Some partners run 70%+ on enterprise scopes.
No — unless you tell them. We sign mutual NDAs that explicitly cover the white-label partnership. Code lives in your Git, commits use the email convention you specify, no public mentions. We do not list white-label clients on our portfolio or case study pages.
Yes. The Figma prototype gets exported with your branding. The SOW we hand you is in your template — we send a draft, you reformat under your contract paper. The proposal your client signs has zero Appverra references.
Yes. We offer maintenance retainers at $1,997-$7,997/month covering OS updates, bug fixes, small feature work, and on-call response. You bill your client a retainer (whatever margin you choose), we bill you ours. Three of our current partners have been on continuous retainer for 18+ months.
We can join as your team — under your domain emails, on your Zoom, as "your dev lead." Or we stay silent and you relay technical answers we provide. Most partners use option two. About 20% use option one for complex builds.
Never. If a client you brought us reaches out to us directly post-launch, we refuse the work unless you sign off in writing. We will not be the agency that costs you the relationship.
50% upfront, 50% on launch. We invoice you, you invoice your client on whatever terms you have with them (Net 30, Net 45, milestone-based — your call). USD via Stripe or wire.
Book a partner call. We sign mutual NDA, talk through your typical client profile, agree on which scopes fit. Once approved as a partner, you can bring us builds on demand — no per-deal contract. Standard partnership agreement runs about 4 pages.
