This app handles non-PHI dental booking and patient engagement. It does not store diagnosis, treatment records, X-rays, or clinical notes. Because it does not process PHI, HIPAA's technical safeguards (encryption-at-rest for PHI, BAAs, audit logging of PHI access) do not apply to this specific build.
