Our goal was to design a moving app that removes the usual uncertainty: when the movers will arrive, what the job will cost, and where your belongings are at any moment. They value clear pricing, reliable arrival times, and being able to see where their belongings are. On the service side, independent movers and courier teams need a steady flow of well-described jobs, efficient routes, and fair ratings. Profile management, order tracking, nearby mover search, ratings, and membership features were each shaped around these needs, so that both customers and movers get exactly the information they need at each stage.
Live tracking was the most demanding part of the project. Location updates had to be frequent enough to be useful, light enough to protect the mover's battery, and displayed on a map that stays readable on small screens.
